PVC heat shrink( on the rotary) film blowing machinePVC热收缩一牵引旋转（印刷级）吹膜机组.是2013年研制成功的新颖吹膜机组，一牵引旋转是将原膜经过180～320度变位旋转.使制品保证平整无绉，夏天不易产生暴筋其目的，经过二年的正常生产，于2016年经过更新换代改造，2017年成功申请技术，称为“一牵引旋转*二代吹膜机组”
我公司从新对螺杆,机筒的改进设计，提高塑化增加挤出量，减小水温控制的互差，采用新一代可控硅智能数位功率调整控制，达到三相电网平衡，更有效在节能10～15％.还能延长电热棒使用寿命。
PVC热收缩一牵引旋转是将原膜经过四级变位旋转，配备纠偏装置，使二次吹张保持直线度更好，制品厚薄更均匀，并达到了成品不会产生暴筋，提高了印刷速度。印刷可达到260-280米/分，是目前“PVC热收缩印刷级吹膜机组”工艺较合理的机械。
该机器技术指标先进、精度高，布局合理，结构新颖，操作方便 具有国际先进水平，是目前国内较理想的PVC印刷膜的吹膜设备.选用不同机型可生成品宽度：600-1200mm±2mm，.成品厚度：0.02-0.07mm±3mm，收缩率：纵向：3-5±1%  横向：45-50±2%，该机组生产的收缩膜主要用于标签等的印刷，印刷后的标签可以用于各类饮料、护肤品、化妆品等等各类商品的热收缩紧贴包装。
